Avoid running the roots into the rocks. Roots can cross over each other in search of water. Each time you touch water you control the next root.
  • At this point the game zooms in on a leaf to show chloroplasts. Tap the spacebar to open up a chloroplast for water or carbon dioxide, but close it to prevent other items from entering.

  • After the platformer section of the game you are shown food webs consisting of producers, consumers and decomposers. You then play a sorting minigame.
  • When the sorting game is completed a parallel food chain is shown for ocean life. It includes plankton, zooplankton, herring, seals, orcas, and bacteria.

  • Next DocDuck goes to his spaceship and hooks up the Sun to pull the Sun far away from Earth, beyond the edge of the solar system.
  • Left click to jump (like Flappy Bird) and collect as many of the stars as you can for 25 points each while avoiding running into the rocks which will cost you 50 points each.

  • Next they go back to Earth and explain how constellations are made up from patterns created by distant stars.
  • Players drag the closest & brightest stars, medium distance stars, and farthest & dimmest stars into position on constellations like the Little Dipper and Leo the lion, and observe them through a virtual telescope.

  • After putting the stars in positions Elico moves around the constellation and you have to tap when he is over each star to activate it. Correctly timed taps earn 25 points while incorrect ones cost 50 points.
